IPL Photofacial
IPL Photofacials are a non-invasive treatment that utilizes Intense Pulse Light or IPL to help treat and repair the skin. IPL Photofacials can help treat and improve many skin conditions such as rosacea, acne, sun damage, redness, age spots and much more.

How long will the treatment take?
The overall IPL Photofacial will take 25-40 minutes depending on the area targeted and the skin concern.
Will there be any discomfort?
IPL Photofacials should have very minimal discomfort. There is no need for numbing prior to the treatment. Many clients describe the feeling as a slight rubber band.
How long will it take for recovery from the treatment?
There will be mild pink-red tone to the skin, there could potential for mild swelling for the first 24 hours.
When will results be visible?
Most experience results after one week post treatment.
How long will the results last?
It is recommend 3-6 treatments for optimal results depending on the skin concern.
Results will be longer lasting with the use of sunscreen, avoiding direct sunlight or exposure and using a good skincare routine.
What are IPL Photofacials?
IPL Photofacials use Intense Pulse Light (IPL) that is able to selectively target different skin concerns, removes brown spots and broken capillaries. With IPL Photofacials it will target concerns of pigmentation which aid in the improvement of over skin tone, texture and complexion.
During the treatment you will be provided with darkening goggles. There will be a bight flashing light. You may experience a feeling of an elastic band lightly snapping on the skin.
Post treatment you may experience pinkish complexion and a bit of warmth but this will subside within a couple hours.
Darkening of pigment spots will begin at the time of treatment and will continue to darken over the next 48-72 hours. The pigment will begin to slough off with our skins cell turnover leaving you with a more even skin time.
Blemishes, capillaries will lighten, disappear or the capillary will change color and being to breakdown within the first two weeks.
